Recent clients include University of Bristol, University of West of England, UK Research & Innovation, John Downer Productions, Pioneer Productions and Limbic Cinema.

Director Paul Appleby is described by others as "highly innovative", a "brilliant leader" and "consummate team player", with "highly professional facilitation skills", "infectious enthusiasm" and "the vision and energy to take us places we didn't imagine". His 40 years in creative production include a BAFTA award and 12 years in consultancy resulted in an MBE for services to the creative industries of Bristol & Bath.

He is a trustee of Watershed, an advisor to the Creative Industries Federation and a mentor for the Babbasa Youth Empowerment Project.
